If only I could forget the language
8. 11. – 4. 12. 2025.
This is one of the works from the unfinished series If Only I Could Forget Language, which explores, transforms, and subverts verbal language. In this work, the artist uses a growing database of linguistic fragments that she extracts from books, articles, and various texts, as well as from spoken language she encounters in everyday life. With this material, she explores the boundaries of conscious and unconscious language processing. The artist questions whether this video represents solely a visual experience or if we subconsciously absorb the content of the text as it passes by.
